David Knowlton

David Knowlton, SIOR, CCIM, MBA, brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as Executive Vice President at NAI Capital Commercial since April 1999. Known for expertise in the sales and leasing of commercial properties and land development, David specializes in maximizing real estate portfolio value, facilitating acquisitions and dispositions, managing ground leases, and conducting 1031 exchanges. Prior to NAI Capital, David was the Principal at Knowlton Commercial Real Estate Inc from July 1995 to March 1999 and held the position of Vice President at Grubb & Ellis from June 1985 to June 1995. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Maine.
