Steve Gim

Steve Gim is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a focus on receivership and trust sales. Currently serving as Vice President at NAI Capital since February 2015, Steve has developed expertise in managing complex real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at CBRE from August 2007 to February 2015, specializing in commercial private client transactions, receivership, and bank-owned REO sales. Steve's career in commercial real estate began at Marcus and Millichap, where a focus on multi-family private client sales was established from December 2003 to July 2007. Steve holds a degree in Business Administration with specializations in Business Marketing and Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, earned between 2000 and 2004.
