Katie Hardiman Cocking, CPM, currently serves as the Vice President of Property Management at NAI DESCO since September 2024. With extensive experience in luxury real estate, Katie has been a Luxury Real Estate Advisor and REALTOR at Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty since February 2014, catering to a diverse clientele. Previously, Katie held the position of VP of Leasing & Property Management at Dierbergs Markets from September 2013 to September 2024, overseeing operations for over 3 million square feet of Class A retail space. Earlier roles include Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where Katie managed a multidisciplinary team and directed a range of property types, and Licensed Real Estate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty.
