Responsibilities include overseeing real estate leases for regional medical centers, ensuring compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and IRS requirements, and negotiating lease agreements. Previously, Donna held a real estate portfolio manager role at Genesys Regional Medical Center and served as manager of real estate services at Allegiance Healthcare, achieving significant expense reductions. Donna’s earlier positions include director of development at North Management, LLC, and property manager at The Hayman Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Siena Heights University.
