Bruce Granger

Bruce Granger is a seasoned professional in commercial and industrial real estate, currently serving as Senior Vice President at NAI Hiffman since 2012, focusing on the Chicago area, particularly the western and northwest suburbs. Responsibilities include tenant representation, build-to-suits, land purchases, business park development, and relocation analysis. Prior to NAI Hiffman, Bruce held the same title at Grubb & Ellis from 1985 to 2012, providing similar services in the same geographic area. Bruce began a career in management as General Manager at Continental Industries from 1982 to 1985 and also served as an Assistant Professor at Olivet Nazarene University from 1978 to 1981. Bruce holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Bowling Green State University and has advanced degrees in the same field from Ball State University and Eastern Nazarene College, along with an associate degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
