Joshua Levering

Joshua Levering, SIOR, is a seasoned Corporate Real Estate Advisor with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Branch Manager, and Advisor at NAI James E. Hanson since March 2005, Joshua oversees all activities of the Parsippany Office. Prior to this, Joshua held the position of Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from January 1996 to June 2003, where engagement with Newmark & Co was revitalized. Joshua began a career in real estate at CBRE, originally Coldwell Banker Commercial, in Hackensack, NJ, starting immediately after graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Real Estate.
