Sior Scott Perkins

Scott Perkins, SIOR has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Scott started their career in 1983 as Vice President at Weny Bros. & Storms Co, where they worked until 1988. Scott then became President at Weny Bros. & Storms from 1989 to 2000. In 1995, they joined NAI James E. Hanson as a Senior Vice President and later became the Managing Director of Corporate Services. In these roles, they assisted global companies, including Ingersoll Rand, ITT Industries, and Cigna, with their real estate needs across various locations worldwide. Scott remained with NAI James E. Hanson until February 2018.

Scott Perkins, SIOR received their bachelor's degree in Finance with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in the field of real estate. In 1998, they became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the CCIM Institute. In 2004, they earned the designation of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Scott has also pursued the MCR certification from CoreNet Global, as well as the MRICS certification from RICS, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not available.
