Jill Caligiuri

Jill Caligiuri is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience managing various commercial and government-occupied properties. Currently serving as Property Manager at NAI Michael since January 2023, Jill has previously held significant roles including General Manager at Aston Carter, Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, and Assistant Property Manager at Simone Development Companies, among others. Jill’s expertise encompasses managing Class A office buildings, overseeing daily operations, and coordinating maintenance teams across multi-tenanted properties. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University, along with additional training from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
