Devon Cotterman

Devon Cotterman, RPA, currently serves as Vice President of Property Management at NAI Ohio Equities since October 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Property Manager there from 2003 to 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Property Manager at Anchor Health Properties, overseeing medical properties in the greater Atlanta metro area for a brief period in 2021. With a comprehensive background in managing various property types, particularly specializing in medical office management for over eight years, Devon has successfully led a team that manages over 70 properties. Educational qualifications include a Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Franklin University.
