Kelly Fenimore is a seasoned commercial property manager with extensive experience in managing over 2.25 million square feet of commercial shopping centers in Ohio and Indiana. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at NAI Ohio Equities since July 2023, Kelly previously held the position of Licensed Real Estate Agent at RED ONE REALTY LLC for a brief period in 2023. Prior to that, Kelly spent nearly two decades at CASTO, working as a Property Manager and assisting the Asset Management and Acquisitions and Dispositions Departments. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ohio University and a Real Estate Sales Person degree from Hondros College.
