Carol Harp

Carol Harp is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing various types of commercial properties, including industrial, retail, office, and medical office buildings. Currently serving as a Property Manager at NAI Realvest since August 2020, Carol previously held similar roles at Crossman & Company and Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., where responsibilities included budget development, cost management, vendor contracting, and monthly reporting. Carol began their career at NAI Realvest in 2005, progressing from Assistant Property Manager to Commercial Property Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Valdosta State University.
