Nick Lee

Nick Lee, SIOR, CCIM is an Executive Vice President and a Principal in the Dallas office of NAI Robert Lynn. Mr. Lee and his team specialize in tenant representation, serving numerous local, national, and international companies. He advises clients on lease relocations, renewals, site selection, building purchases, dispositions (including subleases), build-to-suits, design builds and sale/leasebacks. In addition, Mr. Lee and his team have extensive knowledge in securing advantageous financial concession packages including economic incentives from city and state municipalities.
