Abby Schultz currently serves as Senior Championship Manager at NAIA, responsible for the organization and management of National Championships and overseeing coaching bodies while facilitating business meetings for organizational change. Previously, Abby held roles at Indiana Wesleyan University as Director of Sports Information and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, at Dordt University as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and HHP Instructor, and as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Sports Information Director at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Abby began their career as a Football Program Assistant at Davenport University. Abby holds a Master of Education in Sport Leadership from Dordt University and two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Davenport University and another in Religious Education with an emphasis in Business from Grace Christian University.

Experts in the business of small college athletics - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., is a governing body of small athletics programs that are dedicated to character-driven intercollegiate athletics. Since 1937, the NAIA has administered programs dedicated to championships in balance with the overall college educational experience. Each year more than 77,000 NAIA student-athletes have the opportunity to play college sports, earn over $800 million in scholarships, and compete for a chance to participate in 27 national championships.
