The Directors & Coordinators team at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) is responsible for overseeing various critical functions that ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of small college athletics. This team includes directors and coordinators who focus on human resources, legislative services, event planning and community engagement, student-athlete experience and development, and credentialing. They work together to create a balanced and character-driven intercollegiate athletic environment, manage scholarships, and organize national championships, contributing to enriching the overall educational experience of NAIA's 77,000 student-athletes.
