The Operations and Management Team at NAIA is responsible for overseeing the administrative and strategic functions essential to the organization’s success. This includes managing officiating initiatives, financial accounting, IT infrastructure, creative content, legislative services, business intelligence, communications, corporate sponsorships, and marketing efforts. By ensuring smooth operations and effective management practices, the team plays a pivotal role in supporting NAIA's mission to promote character-driven intercollegiate athletics and enhance the student-athlete experience.
