Clarence Respass

Clarence Respass is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in application development and maintenance. Currently serving at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners since October 2012, Clarence utilizes technologies such as Mulesoft ESB, Jasper Reports, and various Java frameworks. Prior experience includes a consultancy role for the USDA at The Talmadge Group, where Clarence developed an application for processing crop insurance payments, and a position at Express Scripts, Inc., focused on mail-order prescription processing. Additional roles included technical consulting and system maintenance in various companies, with early career experience as president of Respass Software Systems Consulting, overseeing multiple projects and clients. Clarence holds a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
