Kaelynn Greene

Kaelynn Greene is an experienced professional currently serving as Course Administrator II at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since May 2023. Previously, Kaelynn held various roles, including Career Advisor and Operations Coordinator at Centriq from September 2022 to May 2023, and worked in student services at the University of Maryland Global Campus from March 2021 to August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Special Projects Manager at the Ewing Marion Kauffman School, Student Advising Mentor at Grantham University, and Assistant Softball Coach at Bethune-Cookman University. Kaelynn began a career in customer service as a Customer Experience Representative at Mazda North American Operations from August 2016 to November 2017. Kaelynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science with a minor in Psychology from Marshall University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
