Melissa Massey

Melissa Massey is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in application development and public service. Currently at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since September 2018, Melissa previously held the role of Application Developer II at UMB Bank from March 2013 to September 2018, focusing on business process management. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Public Service Administrator I and Legal Assistant at the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts from September 2005 to March 2013. Additional experience includes working as a Legal Secretary at Wright, Henson, Clark, Hutton, Mudrick & Gragson, LLP, and as a Production Assistant at Appino & Biggs Reporting Service. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Friends University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
