Randy Helder

Randy Helder has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Randy began their career at Mercury Insurance in 1987 as a Claims Representative. Randy then joined Zurich Financial Services in 1990 and held various roles, including Claims Examiner, Quality Claims Control Consultant, Senior Manager of Reinsurance and Underwriting, and Assistant Vice-President of Ceded Reinsurance. In 2009, they joined the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) as a Market Analysis Manager. Currently, Randy is serving as the Assistant Director of Market Regulation at NAIC since 2015.

Randy Helder attended California State University, Fullerton from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
