Ryan Hodgkins is an accomplished professional in information security and technology, currently serving as a Senior Information Security Specialist at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners since March 2020. With a robust background that includes roles such as a Network Security Engineer at Criterion Systems and a Cyber Systems Operations technician in the Arkansas Air National Guard, Ryan has developed expertise in network security, aircraft maintenance, and cyber operations. Ryan’s leadership experience is further demonstrated through roles as a Staff Sergeant and Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the Air National Guard, as well as a Crew Chief, overseeing critical maintenance operations. Holding a Master's of Science in Cyber Security Operations and Leadership from the University of San Diego, along with degrees in Management Information Systems, Ryan combines technical proficiency with strategic insight in the information security domain.
