L. T. Khetawat

The oldest employee of the company, Khetawat, holds the prime portfolio of 'Land and Acquisitions Department' along with 'Slum Rehabilitation Department' at Naiknavare.

He is also a Trustee of The Dwarka School at Chakan (Pune). With 30+ years of experience in land dealings, he is an encyclopaedia on land and acquisition matters. Over the years, he has also been heading one of the toughest verticals - slum rehabilitation.

Overcoming all challenges related to the SRA vertical, he has been the perfect example of a Team Leader by bringing his team together and getting tasks completed. Soft-spoken and always ready to help with continuous dedication and regular follow up with slum dwellers, Govt. offices and politicians, Mr. Khetawat is the driver of numerous slum Rehabilitation projects for the company.

With a personal CSR agenda that many do not know, Mr. Khetawat has helped many slum inhabitants in educating their children.
