Mélanie CLEMENT has had a diverse work experience. Starting in 2008, they were an Educational Assistant at LEGTA Blanquefort. In 2011 they worked as a Farm Worker at an Agricultural Exploitation. In 2012 they were an Intern at Aillwee Cave Co Ltd, where they made and sold cheese at the shop and in local markets, and created and distributed an internship report in English. In 2013 they were an Intern at BRASSERIE AKERBELTZ. In 2014 they had an End-of-studies internship at the Institut Agronomique néo-Calédonien, where they studied the emergence of conditions of basket systems for direct sales in New Caledonia. In 2015 they were a Project Manager in Agro Environment at Lur Berri Group, where they completed and animated a technical and economic study for a panel of farmers in different areas and productions, provided consultancy for farmers, and followed up on technical files. Mélanie was also a Summer Study Abroad Program Assistant at Ecole d'ingénieurs de PURPAN, where they supervised about 60 foreign students, organized tourist visits, and assisted in the search for internships. In 2016 they were a Spain Sales Manager in Axe-Environnement. In 2018 they were a Crops production advisor at Chambre d'agriculture du Gers. Finally, in 2019 they became a Regional Sales Manager at Naïo Technologies.

Mélanie CLEMENT received their Master's degree in Agriculture, General from Ecole de PURPAN between 2010 and 2015. Mélanie also completed a two year degree in Biological and Biotechnological Analyzes from Lycée agricole Blanquefort between 2008 and 2010, which included studies in Biochemistry and molecular biology, chemistry, microbiology, and more. Additionally, they spent a year studying Viticulture and Oenology at Universidad de La Rioja between 2013 and 2014.
