Larry Sloan

Larry Sloan is the current President at NAIOP Houston. Larry has over 20 years of experience in real estate and investments. Prior to their current position, Larry served as Senior Vice President - Real Estate Development and Investments at Monogram Residential Trust from August 2008 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing multifamily acquisitions opportunities in California, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Florida. Larry also oversaw projects totaling over $1.5B in various stages of pre-development and construction.

From July 2007 to July 2008, Larry served as Vice President of Real Estate and Investments at Office REIT I, Inc. Prior to that, they were Acquisitions Manager - Commercial Investments at Archon Group from July 1998 to June 2007.

Larry Sloan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas A&M University in Finance. Larry is certified by the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Licensed Real Estate Professional - State of Texas.
