Justin West

Justin West has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Justin is currently serving as the First Vice President Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap, leading their investment sales and advisory services. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President/Regional Manager in Orlando & Jacksonville for the same company. Justin also served as the Regional Manager for National Office and Industrial Investments at Marcus & Millichap. Justin has extensive knowledge of the local market and is dedicated to helping clients create and preserve wealth through real estate investment.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Justin worked at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) as the First Vice President | Regional Manager. In this role, they leveraged their longstanding relationships with major private and institutional investors to tap into unique pools of capital. Justin collaborated with a vast network of professionals, enabling him to tap into every available resource and drive value for their clients.

Justin also has experience as the President Elect 2024 and Board Member of NAIOP, a prestigious real estate trade association. Additionally, they were the owner of West Commercial, a company they established in 2007.

Prior to starting their own business, Justin worked at Duke Realty Corporation as a Leasing and Development Representative. In this role, they provided leasing and development services for a Class A office portfolio, managing numerous transactions totaling over $60 million.

Justin West earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rollins College between 2002 and 2004. During this time, they studied Organizational Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership. More recently, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Justin holds a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the state of Florida.
