Kurt Browning

Kurt Browning is a Partner of Titan Development and a Principal of Titan Fund Management (Private Equity Fund) focusing on several asset classes. Kurt specializes in venture structure, strategic planning, investment underwriting, entitlements, and equity/debt management. His real estate development experience also includes acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits/spec construction, and redevelopments. Kurt assists with sourcing equity and financing throughout the project development process. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Kurt has overseen over $850M in total development. His familiarity and relationships with all municipal, State, and government officials, in multiple jurisdictions are unparalleled creating a strong development platform for Titan in New Mexico, Texas, Florida and Colorado.

He has been a principal member of NAIOP since March 2003 and served as Chair in 2016. He is an active, engaged member and participates on several committees including arranging for speakers for monthly luncheons and breakfasts, working with elected officials on Chapter issues, and being an actor in the annual Awards video.
