Mark Corlew

Mark Corlew is a partner in Grover Corlew, the Florida-based real estate investment group focused on acquiring, developing and operating office, retail and multi-family properties across the Southeast U.S. Mark is a seasoned real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience in acquisitions, development and management. He began his career in Atlanta as an appraiser and consultant focused on RTC assignments and later joined CBRE where he specialized in multi-family housing. In 1997, Mark joined Stiles Corporation in South Florida where he focused on development, asset management, acquisitions and financing completing more than $1 billion in transactions. During his tenure at Stiles, Mark co-founded an institutionally-backed, $650 million co-investment fund focused on properties throughout the Southeast U.S.

Grover Corlew has liquidated nine investments purchased since the beginning of 2011, including six rebranded multi-family and three rebranded office properties, resulting in a weighted average Internal Rate of Return (IRR) to investors of over 35 percent. Grover Corlew currently has a portfolio of over $500 million in development, value add,s and core plus investments throughout the Southeast U.S.

Mark is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and actively participates in local community development initiatives in South Florida. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida.
