Temmy Debora has a diverse work experience that includes founding and being the CEO of Nakama ID. They have also held roles as a member at BNI Pioneer Jakarta, guest lecturer at Bina Nusantara University and Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, and city chapter leader for Founders Live and Tech in Asia Indonesia. In addition, they have served as a certified sprint master facilitator from Google for Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital and as a professional mentor and mentor for MicroMentor Indonesia. They have also been involved in organizing Startup Weekend events and have been an ITC Temmy Trade Ambassador for the International Trade Centre.

Temmy Debora attended Universitas Budi Luhur from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Temmy Debora pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at STMIK Eresha.

Nakama.id is a Venture Builder. We start as an IT Solution in 2015. Some of our big client portfolio: Wendys.co.id, PT. Angkasa Pura I, Toyota Astra Motor, Honda Mugen, ADR Group, OMNI Hospitals (currently known as EMC Hospitals), Dominos Pizza, etc. For the last 2 years, Nakama.id has become a Hackathon Specialist. We handle 2 big government institution, namely BPJS Kesehatan & Minister of Finance. Since 2019, we have helped Sinar Mas Land (the largest and most diversified property developer in Indonesia) to build a Startup Ecosystem at the Digital Hub BSD City (until now, still the one and only Silicon Valley project that has been successfully realized in Indonesia). We successfully held SCALEBOX as an incubator program with many collaborations, such as Sinar Mas Land, Modern Land, Microsoft, Facebook, Intel, AWS, Merry Riana, Sovereign's Capital, Xendit, Moonshot Ventures, Apple Academy, BPJS Kesehatan, Indonesian Minister of Finance, Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics, East Ventures, Spiral Ventures, UMG Idea Lab, Living Lab Ventures, WHG Hub, Monk’s Hill Ventures, Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN), etc
