Competition is fierce for highly skilled, diverse talent. Yet, employer brands do not employ a differentiating strategy. The companies are fully clothed.

That’s the problem we wanted to solve, and that’s why we created Naked Courage.

What is Naked Courage?

It’s where we find the unique characteristics of your business (naked bit) which has the potential to attract and retain talent, then use that single truth to create a strategy that truly differentiates you (the courage bit) in the market.

Why go naked?

Because having naked courage gets you noticed, so you can attract 10x talent to positively disrupt your culture, B level talent that can grow and excel with you and C level talent that is happy to work for you.
