Ash Oldershaw

Ash Oldershaw is a seasoned software manager currently leading the transformation of software development at Naked Energy Ltd since March 2023. Previously, Ash served as a senior software developer and full stack developer at Connexin from December 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included mentoring, planning, and executing software features. As Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Yokeru, Ash played a pivotal role in developing an IoT platform to assist elderly and disabled individuals, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown. Early experience includes an internship at Dyson, contributing to high-level behavioral software for robotic products, along with research roles at Sapienza Università di Roma and the University of Leeds, focusing on reinforcement learning and robotics. Ash holds a BSc in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from the University of Leeds, completed in 2020.
