Robert Webb

Robert Webb currently serves as the Claims Operations Lead and CX Squad Lead at Naked, a position held since May 2021, after previously working as a CX Specialist within the same company. Prior to this role, Robert gained experience through an internship at Flock Eventing Platform from January to March 2021. Robert is also pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing Management at the University of Pretoria, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management at the same institution from 2017 to 2019.
