Paul Connell

Paul Connell currently serves as Managing Director for Australia at Naked Wines, having started in July 2023 after previously holding roles as Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Big Red Group from June 2022 to August 2023. Connell's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Unilever, where roles included General Manager and Marketing Director for the Refreshments Division, with full P&L accountability. Additional leadership positions have been held at UnLtd. and as Founder of Build On Purpose, a management consultancy focusing on sustainable business model transformations.
