Robert DeBaker currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Nakery Beauty since April 2023. Previously, Robert held several prominent positions in the beauty and cosmetics industry, including Group President at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC from March 2020 to September 2022, and Global President at KORRES from February 2019 to March 2020. Robert also served as President and CEO of BECCA Inc. from April 2011 to October 2018 and Chief Executive Officer - North America for KORRES from May 2005 to April 2011. Further experience includes roles as SVP - Sales and Marketing at YSL Beaute, Vice President positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for both Bobbi Brown and Clinique, Area Vice President at CHANEL, and Buyer at Famous Barr. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed from 1984 to 1988.
