Siddharth Sharma MRICS, AACI P.App has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Siddharth started their career as an Executive in Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where they gained experience in feasibility studies, business valuations, and due diligence. From there, they moved on to roles at Meraas Development and Abu Dhabi Finance, where they focused on treasury and funding as well as financial planning and analysis.

In 2011, Siddharth joined Jumeirah Group as an Asset Manager, responsible for benchmarking against competitors, reviewing business cases, and leading negotiations for strategic real estate assets. Siddharth also worked on feasibility studies for new resort developments and commercial real estate projects.

Following their time at Jumeirah Group, Siddharth served as a Senior Manager in Strategy and Business Development at Dubai Properties, where they negotiated management agreements, led feasibility and valuation studies, and managed relationships with stakeholders in the hotel development process.

Siddharth then moved on to a Vice President role at Dubai Retail, where they led strategy development and investment planning for retail assets within Dubai Holding. Siddharth also worked closely with the CEO to identify opportunities for retail development across the company's land bank.

In 2019, Siddharth joined Sunray Group as a Director, focusing on strategy and real estate asset management. Their responsibilities included project costing, asset acquisitions, investment planning, and financing facility management.

Most recently, Siddharth held the position of Director of Asset Management at Barney River Investments, where they oversaw the asset management function for portfolios consisting of hotel keys and multi-family suites. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations and capital functions.

Currently, Siddharth is working as an Associate Director of Business Development & Strategy at Nakheel, a company they joined in 2022.

Siddharth Sharma MRICS, AACI P.App has a diverse education history. Siddharth obtained a Master's degree in Finance from ICFAI Business School in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Honours in Accountancy from Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration in 2002.

In 2014, Siddharth Sharma attended the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration and completed a program in Hospitality Real Estate Investments & Asset Management. In 2015, they further enhanced their knowledge by attending the Advanced Management Programme in Hospitality at the same institution.

Continuing their educational journey, Siddharth Sharma pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Nanyang Business School, which they completed between 2015 and 2017.

To supplement their professional qualifications, Siddharth Sharma has obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in High Impact Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, they became a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in December 2020. Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained the AACI P.App certification in the field of Appraisal.
