Rajitha Jayapadma L.LM, MRICS, currently serves as the Manager of Commercial and Contracts at Nakheel, overseeing multiple mega development projects and managing commercial reports and recommendations since June 2023. Previously, Rajitha worked as the Commercial Project Lead at MLC Group, managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the AED 1.4 billion DOWNTOWN VIEWS II project by EMAAR from May 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Quantity Surveyor at Emaar, where responsibilities encompassed contract administration and financial input for claims, and Quantity Surveyor at EFECO LLC, focused on contract administration. Rajitha's career also includes a position at Haydon International MEC LLC and as Project Quantity Surveyor at Al Khalili Group, showcasing expertise across diverse construction projects. Rajitha holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration from the University of Salford and a B.Sc.(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction from the University of Moratuwa.
