Wael Ali

Wael Ali has extensive experience in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as Sales Operations Coordinator at Nakheel since October 2014. Responsibilities include managing property bookings, customer ID creation, and overseeing processes related to ownership changes and payments. Wael also engages with clients for payment follow-ups and collaborates with banks to ensure transaction approvals. Previous experience includes a role as Customer Service Representative at al mumayaz RTA, where Wael registered licensing transactions and provided departmental support. Wael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Zagazig University, completed in 2010.
