Hana al-Obaidly

Hana Al-Obaidly is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at NAKILAT since January 2015, where contributions include formulating company strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Previously, Hana held the role of Head of HR Business Partnership, developing a Business Partnership Framework to enhance human capital strategies. At Aspire Zone Foundation, from January 2009 to August 2013, responsibilities included supervising the Qatarization scheme, focusing on succession planning, recruitment, and career development. Other roles include Training & Qatarization Supervisor at ORYX GTL and Assistant Manager for HR & Administration at Halul Offshore.
