Richard Salt (LION)

Richard Salt (LION) has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT consulting. Richard started their career at InfoGuardian in 2015 as the General Manager for Business Development, where they focused on delivering cybersecurity solutions and building trusted relationships with vendors and partners. In 2018, they served as the Regional Sales Director at Skybox Security, leading a team of professionals to solve complex business issues and craft tailored solutions for clients.

After that, Richard worked as an Independent Consultant in 2019 before joining CyberStack as a Sales Manager in 2020. Richard then joined NEC XON, where they held the roles of Presales Consultant and Cybersecurity Business Development from 2020 to 2021. At Nclose, they worked as a Business Development Manager in 2021-2022.

In 2022, Richard joined Vox Telecom as a Sales Specialist, focusing on security solutions, before moving on to Bridge-IT Consulting as an Information Technology Consultant in the Cyber Security domain.

Most recently, Richard has been working as a Channel Partner Manager at NAKIVO since 2023, focusing on backup, ransomware protection, and site recovery solutions for virtual, physical, cloud, NAS, and SaaS environments.

Richard Salt (LION) obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Management from Damelin in 2003. The diploma covered various subjects including Management, Strategy, Finance, HR, and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Richard has also acquired several certifications.
