Adhiguna also gained valuable experience as Area Operations Manager at Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals and Management and has held multiple operational roles at Villa Kubu Seminyak and Villa Satria. Adhiguna's earlier career included a position as Duty Leader at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, emphasizing customer satisfaction and staff development. Adhiguna holds a diploma in Food Service and Management from Pusat Pendidikan Perhotelan & Pariwisata Bali and Saraswati Semarapura.
