Radmila (Mila) Juristovski Bosnic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Radmila (Mila) is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Nala Care, a Vancouver-based skincare company that specializes in creating products free of carcinogens. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Nala Care, driven by their personal experiences and a desire to challenge the status quo.

In addition to their role at Nala Care, Radmila has contributed to the SheEO™ community as an Activator since October 2018. SheEO™ is a global network of generous women who provide financial support to female entrepreneurs and aim to create a better world through their ventures.

During their career, Radmila also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cyrilika Chamber Choir from September 2015 to February 2018. Furthermore, they held the position of President at RegZnet Inc. from October 2008 to December 2013.

Radmila gained valuable experience in sales and marketing as the VP Sales & Marketing at MetroLeap Media Inc., specifically at its subsidiary, MetroLyrics, where they spearheaded the company's advertising strategy and established partnerships with major agencies and brands. Under their leadership, the company's direct sales revenue grew significantly within a short period.

Prior to their roles at MetroLeap Media, Radmila worked as a Manager of Regulatory Affairs at QLT Inc. and as a Manager of QC/AD at the same company. Radmila (Mila) also worked as a Process Development Engineer at Phytogen and as an R&D Associate at UBC (University of British Columbia).

Radmila (Mila) Juristovski Bosnic earned their B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Biotechnology from the University of Novi Sad between the years 1981 to 1986. Later, they pursued their MBA degree in the Management of Technology at Simon Fraser University from 2002 to 2004.
