Bertie Meyer is an experienced operations and strategy professional with a strong background in product operations and consultancy. Currently serving as Strategy & Operations Manager at NALA and as the Founder of Bert's Bikes Nairobi, Bertie has a diverse career that includes leadership roles at Komaza as a Senior Strategic Operations Consultant, and at DHARMA as Trip Operations Manager. Previously, Bertie held significant positions at Pollen, contributing to the scaling of program operations and the implementation of key processes during and post-COVID-19. As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at SafariSeat, Bertie was instrumental in raising substantial funds and managing production efforts for social-impact initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Molecular Neuroscience from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
