Harsimran Cheema

Harsimran Cheema has a diverse work experience in various roles related to HR and talent acquisition. At NALA, they currently serve as a Talent Partner to the CTO and COO. Prior to that, they worked at Gerald Technologies, Inc as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for multiple HR and People operations, such as team setup, remote structure, scalable processes, and global policies. They also managed fast-paced hiring, conducting over 1000 technical screening interviews. Before that, at Statusbrew, they worked as an HR Manager, primarily focusing on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and grievance handling. And at ValeurHR, they interned as an R&D and Data Analytics Intern.

From 2014 to 2018, Harsimran Cheema attended Guru Nanak Dev University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering.
