Andrew Tibbits

Andrew Tibbits is a seasoned Process Engineer at NALA Membranes since August 2022, with prior experience as an R&D Project Manager at ITW Performance Polymers, where responsibilities included managing new product development projects across the US and EMEA. Before this role, Andrew served as a Senior Scientist at Axalta, leading waterborne acrylic technology projects with significant financial impact. Previous positions include Research Scientist at UES, Inc. at the Air Force Research Lab, and a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Delaware, where research focused on conductive membranes for fuel cells. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Delaware and a BS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
