Osman Idriss Guessaleh

Osman Idriss Guessaleh has accumulated diverse experience in the field of human resources and logistics. Currently employed at Aucun as a Sans-emploi since March 2024, Osman previously worked as a Pointeur with NALCO Construction & Logistics for three months, and as a Human Resources Assistant at COUBECHE Group from July 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll, absenteeism, and leave management. Additionally, Osman completed an internship in human resources at Trésorerie régional d'Alisabieh in mid-2022. Osman holds a Licence professionnelle in Gestion des ressources humaines from Institut Africain de Djibouti (IAD), obtained in November 2023, and previously earned a vocational baccalaureate in Sciences économiques et sociales from September 2016 to June 2019.
