Ana Villegas is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in administration and operations management. With extensive experience at NALEO Educational Fund since October 2015 as an Executive Assistant and Board Liaison, Ana has developed strong organizational and communication skills. Prior to this role, Ana served as General Operations Manager at Centro Latino for Literacy from April 2012 to September 2015, overseeing various operational functions including student and volunteer services, outreach, and human resources. Ana’s career began at The CIM Group as an Administrative Assistant from 2007 to 2012. Academically, Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UCLA and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Allan Hancock College.

The NALEO Educational Fund is the leading nonprofit organization that facilitates full Latino participation in the American political process, from citizenship to public service. The NALEO Educational Fund is a nonpartisan 501 (c)(3) organization first established in 1981, we carry out our mission through programs that integrate Latinos fully into American political society, provide professional development opportunities and technical assistance to the nation’s more than 6,000 Latino elected and appointed officials, and monitor and conduct advocacy on issues important to the Latino community and our political participation.
