Hilde Havermans

Hilde Havermans has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Hilde most recently worked at Nallian as the Director of Cargo Communities and Custom Solutions, as well as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Hilde worked at Luciad as the Chief Operating Officer and Services Manager, where they led the Operations department and was responsible for delivery of products and services, project management, and operational management. Hilde also worked at Belgische Distributiedienst as the ICT Manager, where they determined and executed the ICT strategy to support the company's business processes. Additionally, Hilde held several positions at Siemens Enterprise Communications, including Head of Project Management, Project Director, Group Manager Operations, and Chief Information Officer for the region south west Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Hilde started their career at Siemens as an Analyst and later worked as a SAP Project Manager and Entity Information Officer. Throughout their career, Hilde has demonstrated expertise in service management, people management, project management, change management, negotiation skills, and general IT management.

Hilde Havermans pursued their undergraduate education at KU Leuven from 1987 to 1991, where they successfully completed their degree in Licentiaat Informatica with a specialization in Beleidsinformatica. Hilde'sacademic journey continued in 2003 when they attended Vlerick Business School for one year to expand their knowledge in the field of Management.
