Harris Rahim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in retail IT solutions and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Practice at Nalsoft since February 2025, Harris leads the delivery of Oracle Retail solutions in Dubai, UAE, while managing cross-functional teams to drive business growth for global retailers. Previously, as Senior Information Technology Manager at Alshaya Group from December 2021 to January 2025, Harris spearheaded digital transformations, notably implementing the MENA region's first Store Inventory Cloud Services to enhance inventory accuracy across multiple stores. Harris has a robust background at Infosys, where roles included Group Project Manager and Senior Project Manager focused on Oracle Retail, along with earlier positions at Sapient, Hewlett-Packard, and Patni Computer Systems. Harris holds a Master's degree in Computer Science & Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University.
