Adelle Kirk

Adelle Kirk is a seasoned professional with a substantial background in executive leadership, particularly in the consumer and private equity sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Global Consumer and Private Equity Practices at ZRG Partners, LLC since May 2024, Adelle previously held the position of Managing Director at Herbert Mines Associates from April 2019 to April 2024. Adelle's career includes significant roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Kirk Palmer Associates, where expertise was applied in retained executive search for retail and related industries. Additionally, Adelle contributed to the Montgomery Township School District as President of the Board of Education and operated Kirk Strategic Services, LLC as the Owner.
