Kimberly Gaines

Kimberly Gaines, OTR/L, currently serves as Territory Manager II at Nalu Medical, Inc. since March 2025. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director of Sales at Bioventus from March 2021 to March 2025, where efforts were directed towards the Advanced Rehabilitation division in the Midwest Region, focusing on coaching high-performing sales teams. Kimberly began career as a Territory Manager at Bioventus, earning the Territory Manager Rookie of the Year Award in 2021. Prior to Bioventus, Kimberly worked as a Senior Clinical Specialist and Clinical Specialist at Bioness Inc., achieving recognition as the top revenue producer nationwide in 2019. Kimberly's early career included roles as an Occupational Therapist at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and El Camino Health, specializing in areas such as pain management and brain injury rehabilitation. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Rush University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, along with a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
