Rozitah Shaaban

Rozitah Shaaban is an experienced mental health therapist at Naluri, specializing in psychological assessment and case management related to career and interpersonal relationships since June 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Malaysia Airlines Academy, enhancing employee development from December 2015 to February 2022, and managing talent and learning operations at Maxis Berhad for two decades. Rozitah also has a background in systems analysis with notable projects for Time Engineering Bhd and Shell Malaysia. Education credentials include a PhD in Management from Management and Science University, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from HELP University, an MBA from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
