Naman Howell
Stephen Carl is an accomplished attorney at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC, since November 2019. Prior to this role, Stephen served as the Division MEDEVAC Officer for the 1st Cavalry Division in the U.S. Army from 2015 to 2017 and as the MEDEVAC Platoon Leader for the 101st Airborne Division from January 2011 to November 2014. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Baylor University School of Law, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2009.
